Northcentral Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of The Rise Apartments, located in Appleton’s City Park Historic District. The 62,615 square-foot development includes 48 apartments ranging from 1-3 beds, 1-2 baths, and a Community Space. The project consists of three buildings: a 40-unit apartment building and two townhome buildings, one with 6 units and the other with 2 units. At The Rise, residents enjoy the tranquility and warmth of a comfortable living space with modern amenities such as granite tops and upgraded cabinetry.
Situated on the grounds once occupied by three vacant downtown parking lots, The Rise Apartments stand proudly as a testament to development and revitalization.
