The Rise (Appleton)

Project Overview

Northcentral Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of The Rise Apartments, located in Appleton’s City Park Historic District. The 62,615 square-foot development includes 48 apartments ranging from 1-3 beds, 1-2 baths, and a Community Space. The project consists of three buildings: a 40-unit apartment building and two townhome buildings, one with 6 units and the other with 2 units. At The Rise, residents enjoy the tranquility and warmth of a comfortable living space with modern amenities such as granite tops and upgraded cabinetry.

Situated on the grounds once occupied by three vacant downtown parking lots, The Rise Apartments stand proudly as a testament to development and revitalization. Located within walking distance of the activities offered by downtown Appleton, and the adjacent City Park, this residential multi-family complex offers residents a blend of upscale living and outdoor recreation opportunities.

One of the most notable features of The Rise is its unique exterior design. The building showcases four different exterior finishes and colors, including two-tone brick and double-tone Hardy siding. The Rise Apartments are an impressive blend of architectural design and community living.

We would like to thank the project developer, Marissa Downs from Mosaic Property Ventures and Tom & Jack Klister from FORE Development, Inc., the architect Jeff Liebergen from Excel Engineering, and our Northcentral Construction team for their dedication to this project.
