Rehabilitation & Remodels

Northcentral Construction has completed over 54 rehabilitation and remodel projects, many of which required working in occupied buildings. We often perform renovations during the day while allowing residents to return to their units each night—minimizing disruption and maintaining comfort throughout the process.
Our rehab work covers everything from targeted updates to full-unit remodels, including new flooring, painting, complete kitchen and bathroom renovations, and window replacements. We approach each project with careful planning, efficiency, and a strong focus on quality and tenant safety. We’re also experienced in working within tight, urban sites—especially in downtown areas where space is limited. Our team coordinates closely with local officials and stakeholders to keep sidewalks and streets open and safe, while keeping the project on track.
Historic Rehabilitation
Northcentral Construction has completed 274 historic residential units in the past five years, converting buildings like schools, wool mills, and factories into modern living spaces while preserving their original character. We’ve transformed former schools into senior housing and revitalized old industrial buildings into apartments.
