Multiple remodel projects on the campus.

AWARD WINNING Rehabilitation One very crucial part of this project was that the hotel had to remain open for business and operational during the construction. Unique challenges included the hotel is located between the Harbor on one side and a main road through downtown Port Washington on the other side.  During Construction we had to keep pedestrian traffic flowing and safe along the sidewalk which touched the building landscape and the Harbor Boardwalk which also touched the building landscape.  The proximity to the harbor required the implementation of strict safety guidelines to avoid material or personnel from ending up in the water.

This project was a logistical challenge being comprised of 80 units spread out across the city in 4 different locations.  Each location having a unique type of building and a different scope of work.

This challenging Historic Rehab of the old high school into modern apartments had many unique features.  The original school and 4 additions at different levels, having to remove the remnants of the school having served as the haunted house for years, as well as challenges getting mechanical systems throughout.  Taking the old gym, adding a second floor that would be living units and the main floor serving as the parking garage was a huge success.
