STARBUCKS

Project Overview

Northcentral Construction recently completed the interior build-out of a Starbucks coffee shop located at 911 Green Bay Road, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin on the main gateway to Door County. Northcentral Construction has been part of several Starbucks projects across the state of Wisconsin. While usually involved in the construction of the shell for Starbucks stores, this was the first interior build-out Northcentral has completed for the Starbucks brand to bring their interior design vision to life.

Collaborating with Starbucks’ construction representatives, Northcentral Construction ensured every detail of the interior design met the brand’s vision. Despite experiencing supply chain issues that resulted in delayed electrical panel delivery, the Starbucks location was completed within ten weeks, which is the typical timeframe for such builds.

Throughout the construction process, Northcentral Construction prioritized safety for both workers and future customers. While safety protocols weren’t overly complex, they executed them diligently to prevent any hazards during construction. On all Northcentral projects, a comprehensive quality assurance process is implemented to ensure all of Starbucks’ high standards were met.

Through a collaboration with Change Up, Inc and a strong commitment to quality, Northcentral Construction succeeded in creating a standout Starbucks location that reflects excellence in construction. Starbucks’ brand standards are met, while the location provides a comfortable atmosphere for customers. Northcentral Construction is proud to have played a part in the development of this location and looks forward to future collaborations with Starbucks.
