Dental Care of Pewaukee in Pewaukee, WI was a ground up construction project completed through a unique partnership approach, with Northcentral Construction building the shell for one development partner over a six-month schedule and completing the interior build-out for Heartland Dental in just four months. The finished office includes 14 treatment rooms, two treatment suites, and one non-standard treatment suite designed to support both patient comfort and clinical efficiency. Nestled within a growing area of retail development, this project reflects Northcentral Construction’s ability to successfully coordinate multiple partners, timelines, and phases while delivering a thoughtfully designed healthcare space from the ground up.
