Seventh Hill Estates

Project Overview

Northcentral Construction proudly presents Seventh Hill Estates, a premier residential development located in the heart of Slinger, Wisconsin. This project is comprised of 31 total units, including nineteen single story cottage-style units and twelve three-story townhomes. With a combined square footage of 59,465, Seventh Hill Estates offers a perfect blend of sophistication, comfort, and modern living.

Every detail of Seventh Hill Estates has been thoughtfully designed to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The development includes many modern upscale interior finishes, such as quartz countertops, upgraded flooring, undercounter lighting, and sleek white baseboards.

Located on a beautiful, wooded property, the Seventh Hill Estates project required extensive site preparation, involving the clearing and logging of the entire area. Perched on one of Slinger’s renowned seven hills, the development offers residents a stunning view of the entire area.

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who played a part in this project’s success.

The developer put together an incredible overview video of the Seventh Hil Estates project from start to finish that can be viewed by clicking here.

Thank you to the developer for the project photography.
