The Lindoo School Apartments & Townhomes in Ladysmith transformed a former Ladysmith Elementary School building into modern 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, while also adding newly constructed townhomes to expand multi-family living opportunities in the community. This project reflects the power of thoughtful redevelopment, preserving the character and history of the original school while creating high-quality housing designed for today’s residents. Raquel Schraufnagel, Chief Financial Officer

Raquel Schraufnagel brings 35 years of construction accounting experience to Northcentral Construction, overseeing all aspects of financials, including management of budgets, preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial forecasting, and reporting to Northcentral’s board. Her vast experience in construction accounting has established her as a credible voice in decision-making and leadership at Northcentral.

Mark Dudzinski has over 29 years of construction experience. Mark joined Northcentral in 1999 as a Site Superintendent and has been promoted into numerous management positions and ultimately, President. As President of Northcentral Construction, Mark is responsible for bringing a better construction experience to each client, business partner, and employee. He is dedicated to making Northcentral a great place to work and a company that owners choose with confidence.
