One of the highlights of this project was the incorporation of unique design features that truly set it apart. We utilized a specialty truss system, utilizing red-built trusses, which brought an innovative aspect to the construction process. The architectural design elements throughout the restaurant create a visually stunning environment that is sure to impress. Both the interior and exterior of the Chili’s Restaurant feature unique design elements that enhance the brand’s identity. Notably, the use of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring on the walls and distinctive pipe railing on half walls add a touch of sophistication to the space, achieving a contemporary yet inviting ambiance.

Undoubtedly, every construction project comes with its own set of challenges. For the Chili’s Restaurant, we encountered the task of working with exact finishes and specific materials. Our team had to navigate extended lead times associated with obtaining specialty tiles, bricks, and stone for the exterior. Despite these challenges, we maintained our strong focus on attention to detail and our dedication to excellent project management guaranteed that everything was accomplished smoothly and within the expected timeframe.
