Main Street Apartments in Viroqua is a true reflection of what it means to build for community. What was once an old county facility has been completely reimagined into 65 modern apartments with retail space and a full-service daycare at the heart of town.
Northcentral Construction led the transformation from the ground up, reusing more than 5,000 tons of concrete on site and pushing through one of the rainiest summers on record to keep the project moving. Every detail was built with care, quality, and purpose, creating a place that will serve the people of Viroqua for years to come.
Northslip 2.0
Featured Project
Located on the waterfront of Port Washington Harbor, Northslip 2.0/Inventors Brew Pub was recently completed by Northcentral Construction. The transformation of a former city parking lot into a captivating waterfront restaurant, brewery, and event space took just ten months to complete. This location, historically the site of the Wisconsin Chair Company before it was destroyed by fire in 1899, now stands as a remarkable testament to architectural innovation and resourceful restoration.
The distinctive two-story establishment features a zero-lot line, allowing it to seamlessly blend with a boardwalk on the Lake Michigan harbor. With full-view glass doors opening up to the harbor side of the building and outdoor dining areas overlooking the scenic harbor, the space is truly a one-of-a-kind waterfront experience. Partnering with architect Joel Agacki of SAS Creative, Northcentral Construction has crafted a space that merges modern architecture with the natural beauty of the Port Washington, Wisconsin waterfront.
