Mark Dudzinski, President

Mark Dudzinski has over 29 years construction experience.  Mark joined Northcentral in 1999 as a Site Superintendent and has been promoted into numerous management positions and ultimately, President. As President of Northcentral Construction, Mark is responsible for bringing a better construction experience to each client, business partner, and employee. He is dedicated to making Northcentral a great place to work and a company that owners choose with confidence.

Raquel Schraufnagel, Chief Financial Officer

Raquel Schraufnagel brings 25 years of construction accounting experience to Northcentral Construction, overseeing all aspects of financials including management of budgets, preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial forecasting and reporting to Northcentral’s board. Her vast experience in construction accounting has established her as a credible voice in decision making and leadership at Northcentral.

Ralph J. Grebe, Senior Project Manager

Ralph Grebe is a Senior Project Manager with over 35 years of residential and multifamily construction experience. He worked as a Site Manager on many projects before becoming a Project Manager 17 years ago. In the past decade Ralph has project managed over 50 projects encompassing over 3200 units. His knowledge of energy efficiency creates success for Northcentral to meet or exceed all green build standards.

Patrick J. Donovan

Director of Safety

Pat Donovan has 34 years of management experience and over 29 years of safety experience. Pat’s construction experience includes working as a crane operator, expeditor, operations manager and VP of Field Operations. He began his safety experience as an Aviation Safety Officer in the Army and has continued with Northcentral for the past 25 years. In his current role he is responsible for all safety, fleet DOT compliance, and workers compensation. In addition to his safety role, Pat assists in oversight of the information technology and marketing needs of the company.

Jim Brunet

Director of Field Operations

Jim Brunet has been with Northcentral Construction for 31 years. He completed an apprenticeship after graduating from high school, became a carpenter, a carpenter lead man, a carpenter foreman, and a site manager before moving into his current position as Director of Field Operations. In his role Jim manages all field employees, directs our apprenticeship program and is responsible for trade employee training.

Brent Schneider

Project Manager

Brent Schneider has over 20 years of experience in construction. In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, he has held field positions and ran crews in carpentry, roofing and siding. Brent has also worked in business development and project management positions prior to joining Northcentral. In his current role as a Project Manager, Brent is responsible for managing 3-8 projects at a time. His expertise includes commercial, residential and rehabilitation projects.

Building a Shared Vision

In the late 1980s, two young construction professionals—Jeff Donovan and Jeff Kowalik—met while working together on a variety of commercial construction projects. They shared a vision of building a general contracting company that would encompass time honored construction practices and new innovative ideas while providing outstanding customer focus and service.

They created Northcentral Construction in 1990, laying the foundation of what is now a thriving, growing construction firm. Through their hard work, dedication and focus they built a solid, financially stable company that provides a better construction experience to the developers, subcontractors and employee team members throughout Wisconsin. They continue to stay active in the company as co-chairmen of the board.
