As a Construction Helper, it is essential to have the ability to identify different types and sizes of lumber, the capability to nail and install screws, proficiency in using hand tools to complete tasks, and the skill to operate power saws safely and cut materials efficiently quickly and safely.

Raquel Schraufnagel brings 35 years of construction accounting experience to Northcentral Construction, overseeing all aspects of financials, including management of budgets, preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial forecasting, and reporting to Northcentral’s board. Her vast experience in construction accounting has established her as a credible voice in decision-making and leadership at Northcentral.

Mark Dudzinski has over 29 years of construction experience. Mark joined Northcentral in 1999 as a Site Superintendent and has been promoted into numerous management positions and ultimately, President. As President of Northcentral Construction, Mark is responsible for bringing a better construction experience to each client, business partner, and employee. He is dedicated to making Northcentral a great place to work and a company that owners choose with confidence.
