Concrete Manager/Foreman

Northcentral Construction, a reputable and growing construction company, has an opening for a Concrete Manager/Foreman. As a Concrete Manager/Foreman, you will manage and direct concrete operations in collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Manager. You will oversee the various stages of concrete installation, from site preparation through final finish while ensuring operations are carried out within cost and schedule constraints.

To qualify for this position, you should have proven leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of concrete mixes and additives, placement, finishing, and repair, and the ability to motivate and guide a crew effectively. You will also be responsible for enforcing safety regulations and ensuring quality control to maintain construction standards.

The hourly wage for this position varies based on experience and will range from $44-$48 per hour once management duties are being carried out. 

To be considered for this position, you must be 18 years of age, have a minimum of 10 years of experience in concrete construction (five of which includes leadership experience), and possess a valid driver’s license. Additionally, there may be instances where travel is required to various job sites.
